Workshop on the basis of №1 city clinical hospital

On november 26, 2019 the Department of "Emergency medical care and nursing" together with nursing specialists, undergraduates, students on the basis of № 1 of the city clinical hospital of Shymkent organized and held a Workshop on the theme: "Transformation of consciousness of medical workers – the requirement of time".

The purpose of the event was to develop close cooperation between representatives of practical health care, medical Academy, undergraduates, students. The event was actively attended by specialists of nursing departments №1 of the city clinical hospital, Department staff, undergraduates and students of the educational program "Nursing", was attended by the chief and senior nurses, Deputy Directors of the College at SCMA.

Head of the Department A.A.Seidakhmetova in her report: "Increasing the potential of nursing professionals" noted that Florence Nightingale's statement: "If we do not have progress in nursing every year, every month, every week, believe me we will move back" - is more relevant than ever.

The transformation of individual consciousness, accompanied by a decrease in aggressiveness and a General increase in compassion, empathy and tolerance, increasing the potential of medical workers, the relationship of medical workers with the patient, personal and professional qualities of medical workers-these and other issues were discussed during the workshop. Videos were shown about the role of nursing professionals in modern society.

Undergraduates demonstrated the scene "Psychological Sisterhood", which is found in the daily practice of nurses, in the second part of which shows the role of communication skills in the work of nurses.

The report" Opportunities for professional development of nurses" was made by nurse №1 of the clinical hospital G.D.Saparova, noted about distance learning, webinars. The 3rd year student of the educational program of applied bachelor A. Sukulova in her report "Communication of training and clinical practice" noted the role of mentors in the preparation of applied bachelors. The workshop ended with a flash mob demonstration organized by the hospital's nurses.

The Workshop was fruitful and realized the goals, such as the involvement of nurses, undergraduates, students, the relevance of cooperation issues.
