STUDENT SERVICE CENTER

General provisions:
The Student Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the SSC) in its activities is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory organizational and administrative documents of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the charter of JSC "South Kazakhstan Medical Academy" (hereinafter referred to as the SKMA), internal regulatory documents, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On Public Services"; resolutions and decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan; as well as the Regulation "on the Center".
The SSC is a structural subdivision subordinate to the Department of Social Affairs and Youth Policy of JSC "SKMA" and directly reports to the head of the department of the SA and YP.
SSC specialists are appointed by order of the rector from among employees who have at least 5 years of experience in technical, programming or practical activities.
In case of temporary absence of the head of the center, his duties are performed by a person appointed in accordance with the established procedure.

The main goals and objectives of the SSC
- Providing timely and high-quality student services;
- Providing information to students on the basis of an identity card and student cards;
- Improving the culture and quality of services provided;
- Meeting the requirements of the quality management system;
- Acceptance of applications for all types of paper documents (certificate from the place of study, certificate of social benefits to the authorities of the prescribed form (Appendix 4), certificate of social benefits to the authorities of the prescribed form (Appendix 6);
- Providing information assistance to students when contacting the center;
- Advising the student in difficult and controversial situations on the issues of the educational process;
- Execution of other assignments of the academy management.

It is part of the SSC:
- Head of the Center;
- Operator.
