Visit of Tuganbekova Saltanat Kenesovna

04.10.2021y. on the basis of the «South Kazakhstan Medical Academy» JSC, a meeting was held with the Chief Freelance Nephrologist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ph.D. Professor Saltanat Kenesovna Tuganbekova with students of the Academy on the educational program "General Medicine", doctors - interns and resident doctors in therapeutic specialties.

The purpose of the meeting was to conduct educational activities for the future stream of specialists on the development of the Nephrological Service in the Republic of Kazakhstan, topical issues in the treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease.

Within the framework of the meeting, Saltanat Kenesovna gave lectures on the topics "Multidisciplinary approach and optimization of therapy for Chronic Kidney Disease in Kazakhstan", "Secondary nephropathies" and "Dialysis therapy".

After that, the students were interested in questions about kidney lesions in systemic diseases, their diagnosis, current trends in transplantology and patient management in the post-transplant period.
