V INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONGRESS “ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF DENTISTRY AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY” IN TASHKENT

On June 3-4, 2022, the V International Scientific Congress “Actual problems of dentistry and maxillofacial surgery” was held with the support of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, the Ministry of Public Health of Uzbekistan and information organizations of Tashkent.
The Congress made it possible to determine the main tasks for the near future and compare priorities in the field of social diseases, which are one of the most important directions for the health care society of Kazakhstan.
The Congress from the Department of “Social Health Insurance and Public Health” of JSC “SKMA” was attended by Gulzat Zhanabaevna Sarsenbayeva (PhD, Head of the department) and 1st year doctoral student in the specialty “Public Health” Meirgul Israilkyzy Asylbek (supervisor – M.U. Anartayeva, the doctor of Medical Science, Professor of the department).
Also present at the Congress from the Department of “Surgical and Orthopedic Dentistry” of JSC “SKMA” were Shukparov Asylbek Bayadilovich (PhD, Head of the Department) and Shirynbek Ilyas (resident, assistant of the department).
At the plenary session, a doctoral student of the 1st year of study, Asylbek Meirgul Israilkyzy, made a report on the topic “The effectiveness of reconstructive therapy of facial neuritis”, this was evaluated at a high level with the presentation of a certificate.
The plenary reports were also attended by leading experts in various fields from the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the end of the Congress, the jury presented the results of the competition. Rector of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, Chairman of the Congress Nadir Kadirovich Haidarov, congratulated all those present and wished success in scientific work.
