V All-Russian student pharmaceutical Olympiad: time for identifying leaders

All-Russian student pharmaceutical Olympiad - system-time competition of students in higher medical, pharmaceutical and technological education institutions, which assesses the level of knowledge and training of students on specialties “Pharmacy” and “Technology of pharmaceutical producing” and on a competitive basis the winners are chosen.

From January 29 to January 31, 2017 5-year students of pharmaceutical faculty of SKSPhA, specialty “Pharmacy” A.S.Sadibek, A.D. Pernebek, E.A.Mutaliyeva, E.E Fazilova have participated in V All-Russian student pharmaceutical Olympiad on the basis of the State humanitarian- technological university in Orekhovo-Zuyevo city of Moscow region, Russia. Team leader: Vice-Dean of pharmaceutical faculty, PhD in Pharmacy, acting Professor Kulpan Orynbassarova Kenzhebayevna.

The competition was attended by 29 teams from leading universities of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan.

The Olympiad is organized by the Association of Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers with the support of the Government of the Moscow region. Sponsors of the event were  traditionally organized by a large pharmaceutical companies as R-Pharm, Nizhpharm, Serv’e, Takeda, and marketing Agency, IMS health and the DSM Group.

As part of the educational program, students also attended workshops by the partners of the event, dedicated to clinical research, pharmacoeconomics and other intricacies of working in the pharmaceutical industry. Students performed an interesting competition tasks, actively participated in workshops of leading specialists of pharmaceutical companies.

Participation in the competition will allow students not only to assess their knowledge but also to get acquainted with the specifics of modern production, to develop their expertise and build a career trajectory. Employers interested in new skilled workers have the opportunity to meet with potential employees. After all, motivated for success, young pharmacists and doctors - the future of the industry and the country as a whole.
