Undergraduates in pharmacy and medicine got acquainted with future trends in the educational process of SKMA

The third day of the decade of Kazakh science at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy was dedicated to undergraduates studying pharmacy and medicine at the university.
At the initiative of the two departments, the first vice-rector, Professor M.M.Yesirkepov, was invited to a meeting with them, who informed young scientists about research work with partner universities such as Spain, the Czech Republic, Iran, Poland, Great Britain, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan. Contracts have been signed with them, the forms of internships, and exchange of experience are being expanded.

One of the significant events of April will be the start of construction of a multidisciplinary university clinic with a consulting and diagnostic center in Shymkent for 1000 beds. The facility will be commissioned in three to four years and the academy will need medical specialists. And therefore, explanatory work is already underway among undergraduates and doctoral students. Those who wish to study abroad after completing a master's degree in 6-month courses, for example, must necessarily know English, meet the requirements for universities. The academy is working on this today, universities in the USA, Canada and other countries are considering it.

The main issue will still be the payment for tuition, accommodation and other points.
