Training in pedagogical competencies

In South Kazakhstan state pharmaceutical academy training of Academy departments’ employees is conducted  on cycles of improving the pedagogical competencies “Effective teacher”, “Researcher-scholar”, information and communication technology, problem-based learning. In the near future it is planned further training on competences "Professional, leader, organizer”, “Communication skills and medical ethics".

 The cycles are carried out by coaches of Academy who have studied in transfer of innovative technologies Center of Karaganda state medical university. Within two months it is planned to train more than 200 teachers.

Teachers noted the high professionalism of the coaches and express interest in gaining knowledge in the field of effective teaching, research in medical education. No less important are the skills of effective use of modern information technologies, development of electronic resources for the subjects study.
