Traditions and innovations in the personnel training in a medical school

That was a topic of an inter-university educational and methodological conference with international participation dedicated to the 85^th anniversary of Bashkir State Medical University (BSMU). The conference was attended by prof. S. Ordabayeva - head of the department of pharmaceutical and toxicological chemistry and prof. M.Sapakbai - deputy dean of pharmaceutical faculty.

Participants of the conference paid great interest to the report of prof. S. Ordabayeva, dedicated to the development of cooperation between BSMU and SKSPhA for the last 5 years - since the moment of signing the Memorandum.

Currently, there are results of students’ academic exchange of the pharmaceutical faculty of both universities for semester training and practical training. There is experience in developing joint study programs, conducting research, and inviting specialists to participate in the educational process, scientific and practical and methodological conferences.

The program of the solemn event was organized in the Congress Hall of Ufa, where the guests and participants of the conference were able to congratulate the jubilees and hand over address folders and souvenirs.

The jubilees honored the veterans, the best scientists and teachers with state awards, the award of the title “Honorary Doctor of the University”, etc. The concert program was organized exclusively by the students of BSMU, among them there were talented singers, dancers, acrobats, instrumentalists.

The guests of the conference visited profile departments of the university, exchanged opinions signed an agreement on joint scientific research, discussed plans for further cooperation.
