Topical issues of practical pharmacy: administrative and criminal offenses in the field of medicinal circulation

The complex of knowledge gained by the graduate should provide the opportunity to solve professional problems of any complexity and carry out labor activity in accordance with the current requirements of proper pharmaceutical practices and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In this regard, the Department of OUFD on November 7 held a round table on the topic "Actual issues of practical pharmacy: administrative and criminal offenses in the field of drug circulation."

One of the most acute problems in modern society is drug addiction, "Bauyrzhan Kanatovich said in his report. Social videos about the dangers of drug addiction were presented to the attention of students.

Further, Lyazyat Rsimbekovna Kashkymbaeva - Head of the Department of the Committee of Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Shymkent presented a report on the activities of the Department of the Committee of Medical and Pharmaceutical Control in the city of Shymkent for 10 months of 2023, in which he disclosed the most common offenses in the field of drug and MI handling.

The participants in the meeting were greatly impressed by the videos created by the Police Department and the prosecutors of the city of Shymkent, where the fate of lost people who experienced problems related to drug use and the legal consequences of their distribution were presented.
In addition, the issue of legal aspects of the topic was discussed in detail. The students were given explanations about criminal and administrative responsibility for the illegal use, possession and distribution of drugs and psychotropic substances.
The considered issues of offenses in pharmaceutical activities are relevant and will be used in the future at the Department of the Department of Internal Affairs in the subject "Legal Foundations of Pharmaceutical Activities and Paperwork"
