To promote the works of Kazakh poets and writers among representatives of different ethnic groups

On December 13, 2023, the teachers of the "General Subjects" department of the medical college, U.Sh. Akhbanbetova, J.S. Sarymsakova, A.A.Isabekova, S.E.Serik, A.Z.Zayirzhanova, together with the Al-Farabi City Scientific and Universal Library, organized a poetry reading competition among students to promote the works of Kazakh poets and writers among representatives of different ethnic groups. The organizers wished success to the participants, saying that it is gratifying that the younger generation, including representatives of other nationalities in Kazakhstan, respect our country.
12 students of the medical college participated in the competition. The art of the participants of the competition was judged by Sulukhan Baidullaeva, the head of the department of the Rare Book Fund of Al-Farabi City Scientific and Universal Library, Gulmira Asilbekova, the head of the Information Bibliography Department, and Sabira Kozhabaeva, the librarian of the Department of Foreign Languages.
Sadykova Sabina, who recited the poem "I Believe in Youth" by the poet Magzhan Zhumabayev, won first place and came out ahead in the competition. The second place was awarded to Muhammadiyarova Sajida and the third place to Galymzhanuly Alimzhan.
