Theme of subject Olympiad on "Medical legislation"

On November 27, 2015 the "Public Health - 2" Department conducted subject Olympiad on "Medical law". The subject Olympiad was participated by the 4-year students of specialties "Public Health" and "Nursing".

The aim of subject Olympiad  became the aspiration for teachinf the students as future health professionals to put into practice the acquired knowledge of laws and regulations as well as legal acts for qualitative accomplishment of work.

The head of Department, Ph.D, A.M. Zhaksybergenov opened subject Olympiad and underlined the importance of the current state of health legislation.

During the subject Olympiad students were divided into two groups according to their specialty. Groups were named: "The disciples of Hippocrates" and "Followers of Themis."

During subject Olympiad groups in their turn demonstrated their knowledge in such competitions as the "question-answer", "the decision of situational problems", "role-playing", "Polyglot".

Due to the decision of situational problems in the field of medical law students manifested how to make decisions in different situations.

During the role-play by students by means of  mini-performances clearly showed various violations in the field of medical law.

At the competition "Polyglot" participants demonstrated their knowledge of health legislation, while the task and the answers were in three languages.

The students manifested high activity and interest in the subject during the Olympiad.
