The round table under the name «Professional and effective government»

On January 15, 2016 under the leadership of the Department of «History of Kazakhstan and social sciences» the round table devoted to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the theme «Professional and effective government» took place. The event was organized by teachers of the Department A.M. Dzhunusbaeva, N.K. Dyussebayev, as well as students in groups of 401 nursing; 402 nursing; 403 nursing; 404 nursing; 405 nursing.

The round table was attended by сandidate of legal sciences senior lecturer, Contact information of the Department «Criminal law and criminology» of South Kazakhstan state university named after M.O. Auezov, Ph.D Atakozha Aydarovich Ismailov, as well as the Deputy akim of Al-Farabi district of Shymkent city Marat Abdumajidovich Tazhibaev. At the round table it was discussed the issues related to one of the main principles of strategic development program of Kazakhstan until 2030, announced in the President's Message N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan in 1997. In particular, they talked about priorite «The professional establishment of a democratic state», which constitutes one of the main directions of strategic development program «Kazakhstan – 2030». Opening remarks were made by associate Professor Aigul Mutanovna Djunusbaeva, who introduced the topic of the round table.

In his remarks, Atakozha Aydarovich Ismailov gave his comment to the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev «About the Concept on Kazakhstan's joining the top 30 most developed countries of the world». He also gave a quick look into the past of Kazakhstan over the past fifty years, pointed out the problems that can be expected of Kazakhstan people in the future. He was supported by Marat Abdumajidovich Tazhibaev. In his speech he drew attention to the need for the provision of quality public services that serve as one of the priority directions of strategic development program «Kazakhstan – 2050». During the discussion of these matters, Ph.D N.A. Abdurahmanov, senior teachers of the Department  B.D. Utegenov and A.S. Erkinbekova presented their views. In their reports, the 4th year students of the specialty «Nursing» Aizhan Dosanova and Kymbat Temirova expressed their vision of creating a professional state. During the event students and teachers asked Atakozha Aydarovich Ismailov and Marat Abdumajidovich Tazhibaev their questions, including issues related to political and economic reforms implemented in the country under the initiative of Head of the state N.A. Nazarbayev and got clear answers. The results of the round table were discussed at a special faculty meeting on January 19, 2016 (Protocol №14).
