On October 19, 2021, a discussion meeting was held in the Large Conference Hall of the SKMA under the leadership of the Akimat of Shymkent and the Department for Social Affairs and Youth Policy as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to discuss the Message of the Meeting of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev "Unity of the people and systemic reforms-a solid foundation for the prosperity of the country". The event was attended by the head of the center "Rukhani zhangyru" of the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University Anarbayev Kairat Saparkhanovich, employees of the SAaYP, students of the Academy.

Opening the event, the head of the Department for Social Affairs and Youth Policy E. Salim noted that in the current Presidential message much attention is paid to social issues, as well as issues in the field of medicine, youth education. The head of the center "Rukhani zhangyru" of the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University Anarbayev Kairat Saparkhanovich revealed the essence of the message. The President noted that his message was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's independence, independence is our most important value.
