THE MAIN HOLIDAY OF OUR COUNTRY - INDEPENDENCE DAY!

On December 15, 2017 in the academy hall a solemn event dedicated to the Independence Day of Kazakhstan was held under leadership of youth policy department and SKSPhA union committee. The beginning of the event was marked by the singing of the national anthem and a speech of Vice-rector for organizational and economic work, PhD, Professor B.K. Makhatov and chairman of union committee of SKSPhA Ye.K. Salim. A minute of silence was to all those who gave their lives for independence of our nation.

Then B.K. Makhatov awarded the academy staff for contribution to the development of health care. So, the badge «For the contribution to the development of health care in the Republic of Kazakhstan» was awarded to the head of the Technology of pharmaceutical production Department Botagoz Ongarova Torlanova and head of the Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry Department Saule Kutymovna Ordabayeva, the badge «Labour veteran of Ministry of health in the Republic of Kazakhstan» was awarded to associate Professor in the Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry Department Bakytbek Tokmaganbetovich Mendibayev, the badge «Excellence in health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan» - head of the OMPhB Department Klara Jolbarisovna Shertayeva, head of Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapy and Clinical Pharmacology Department Zakira Amirovna Kerimbayeva, letter of appreciation from the Ministry of health was awarded to the senior researcher of Pharmacognosy and Chemistry Department Kamal Jamalovich Kucherbayev, medal «For merit in labour» from the region’s akim was received by the editor of the scientific journal Raikhan Anuarbekovna Shaimerdenova. The officers of subdivisions were awarded certificates of merit.

The culmination of the event was a concert consisting of performances of student activists.
