The first meeting of the Journal Club was held at the Academy

At today's meeting of the Council of Young Scientists, the first meeting of the Journal Club was held. Journal club is an informal way of learning to discuss scientific articles, new clinical guidelines and curious case reports. Today at the first meeting of the club, young scientists discussed the presentation of the thesis research of the doctoral student of the 2nd year of study - Birzhan Seiil. Members of the journal club gave a lot of useful advice and recommendations regarding the design and presentation of the research material. Within the framework of the Journal Club of the Academy it is planned to prepare and discuss presentations for dissertation research, discuss issues of writing, design, editing of scientific articles, analyze reviewers' comments, prepare responses to reviews, study the reasons for retraction of certain publications, and analyze interesting articles in the field of science.
