The contest on the theme “Independence is the happiness of the country”

On 6th December, 2016 there was held a contest on the theme “Independence is the happiness of the country” organized by the Faculty of training specialists with secondary technical and professional education, youth policy department, the following Departments: “Morphological and Physiological disciplines physical training with Valeology”, “Hygiene -1 and Epidemiology”, “Dental disciplines” and “Foreign languages”. The event was dedicated to the 25th - anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The contest focused on education of youth patriotic and human feelings, spiritual wealth, creativity of talented young people. The following specialties took part in this contest:  “General Medicine”, “Nursing”, “Pharmacy” and “Dentistry”. 

The students of the specialty “General medicine” were the contestants of the team “Emergency aid”, the specialty “Nursing” - the contestants of the team “Merciful nurses”, the specialty “Pharmacy” - the contestants of the team “Pharmline” and the specialty “Dentistry” - the contestants of the team “Future dentists”.

Participants competed in four stages:

1. Introduction, question-answer

2. Song (live voice)

3. Poetry

4. Dancing

The contestants surprised the audience by their creativity, skills and smartness. The contest was very interesting and exciting. The talented students sang songs, danced and the boys who were the members of the Club of the cheerful and sharp – witted gained the audience affection. At the end of the contest, the jury decided the winners.

The team “Emergency aid” won the first prize in the contest “Independence is the happiness of the country”, the team “Merciful nurses”- the second prize, the team “Pharmline” was nominated for the title “Smart team” and the team “Future dentists” won the title “Creative team”. 

The students were awarded in the following categories: Zhuldyz Sartay - “Silver voice”, Imran Akberdiyev – “Steppe ornament “, Diana Zhumanazar – “The best leader”, Abylaikhan Yermekbayev – “Wise words”, Bolysbek Bekzatov – “The best player on an instrument”.

B. Baymbetova, a chairperson of student union committee, presented gifts to all participants. 

M. Otynshiyev, the Faculty Dean, congratulated all students on upcoming Independence Day and noted that this event educated young people’s sense of duty and responsibility for their country and woke the pride for their Motherland. He also thanked the contest organizers: B. Baymbetova, a chairperson of student union committee, S. Kudaybergenova, a resource specialist of the Faculty, the Department Heads, active students, and awarded the letters of thanks.
