The best students of the country became scholars of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On November 22, 2017 in Almaty the annual republican competition for student scholarships of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan summed up. This year, the student of master degree of the first year of training in the specialty "Public Health" - Natalya Voroshilova received a scholarship from the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy.

The students of the universities have passed a serious competitive selection before being awarded the high honor of the First President Foundation Fellowship. The scholarship is to encourage not only high academic performance, scientific activity and active social life, but also it is a strong motivation for even greater strivings and successes.

In total, more than 650 student applications were submitted for the competition. The students presented to Astana, Almaty, Aktobe, Arkalyk, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kaskelen, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent. Of these, the 80 best were selected. Note that the contestants must have not only good GPA performance, but also be active in scientific and creative life.

Awarding of the fellows took place during the gala concert of the Laureates of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy in the Abai State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater in Almaty.
