On May 12, 2021, on the ZOOM online platform, a festive event on the theme “The 12th of May – International Nurse's Day” was managed by the Department of Nursing. The event was attended by the dean's office of the college, teachers, senior nurses, nurses-mentors of the City Clinical Hospital №1, nurses of the City polyclinics № 2, № 3, № 5 and college students. The director of the college, A.M. Kushkarova, congratulated the nurses on their professional holiday – the International Nurse's Day.

B.D. Serikova, the Head of the Department of “Nursing” made a report on the topic “Development of a new model of nursing”. She noted that a multi-level system of training of nursing specialists and the role of nursing specialists in modern society have already been introduced.

A video was shown on the topic "What would it be without nurses". Nurses are well-deserved respect, thanks to their professionalism, kindness and sensitivity, compassion and responsiveness, they return life, health, a sense of joy and hope to patients. This is a celebration of those who have dedicated themselves to a responsible and noble cause – to heal from ailments, to bring the sick back to life. Their skill and experience, their humanity, selflessness, and selflessness have made the profession of a nurse one of the most respected in society.
