Students of the SKMA got acquainted with possible situations in the earthquake

SKMA volunteer students actively participate in the events held by the branches of the Red Crescent of Kazakhstan.

Today, a seismic training session was held with the employees of the Emergency Situations Service and the Red Crescent of Kazakhstan to rescue the victims of the earthquake in Shymkent and provide first aid to the victims of the earthquake by the employees and volunteers of the Red Crescent Society.

Seismic training in preparation for possible emergencies was held in order to consolidate knowledge in practice. To this end, the joint classes were attended by the departments of the city of Shymkent – the Department of Internal Affairs, employees of the ambulance station, Fire and Rescue Services, the Center for Disaster Medicine and other interested departments.

Seismic training is one of the joint programs of the university for the implementation of the branch of the Red Crescent in Shymkent in disaster risk reduction and emergency response.
