State of the Nation Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev "Growing welfare of Kazakh citizens: increase in income and quality of life"

09.10.2018y. in the conference hall of the SKMA was discussed the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2018: “Growing of welfare of Kazakh citizens: increase of incomes and quality of life”

The event was opened by pro-rector for educational and methodical work of SKMA M.U.Anartaeva, who noted that the Address of the Head of State is a very important historical document that is deeply rooted in the future of the country, laying the foundation for social modernization in the coming years.

Head of the Department of history of Kazakhstan and social and public disciplines Ph.D. Zh.O.Nurzhanbayeva, associate professor G.S Aidarbekova read the report and expressed trustworthiness that current issues in the social situation will be solved in a rational manner and will be made positive changes. 

The rector of students of SKMA K.A.Iemberdiev noted that the Head of State proposed to declare next year the Year of Youth: a broad platform of social elevators will be created, which will include a full range of measures to support all categories of youth. Also he noted that this youth reform would be a great incentive for young people, and called on every student to participate in the prosperity of our country. All participants supported the messages of the President and added that they will contribute to its implementation in the future.
