SKSPhA at the “G-Global” platform: OR HOW WE HELD YOUTH SCIENTIFIC FORUM WITH THE FUND OF THE FIRST PRESIDENT OF KAZAKHSTAN

South - Kazakhstan State Pharmaceutical Academy and the Council of young scientists of the Fund of the First President of Kazakhstan – Nation’s Leader, held international scientific conference of young scientists and students “Prospects for the development of biology, medicine and pharmacy” for the fourth time dedicated to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Opening the conference, Pro-rector for educational and methodical work of SKSPhA, MD M.U. Anartayeva, noted the importance of a scientific forum for its members, university representatives from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan. She, in particular, also noted the important milestones in the history of the Academy in the past 25 years.

Welcoming speech to the audience was spoken by: M.M. Tomanov – a chairman of the Council of Young Scientists at the Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nation’s Leader, Assistant Professor at the University named after S. Demirel, Candidate of Economic Sciences (Almaty), G.K. Kausova, MD, Professor of the Higher School of Public Health (Almaty), R.M. Yedigeyeva – a representative of the Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Nation’s Leader (Almaty).

There were presented the following reports at the Plenary session: “Influence of sialoadenectomy on seminal glands’ morphofunctional state of sexually immature rats” – V.V. Ivanova, I.V. Milto, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Siberian State Medical University, Tomsk, Russian Federation; “The marketing strategy of promotion of goods in the conditions of the competitive environment of the pharmaceutical market” – M.S. Bubeshova, K.D. Shertayeva, SKSPhA, Shymkent, Republic of Kazakhstan; “The molecular characterization of SIGLEC5/14 and 9 on human neutrophil” - Y.A. Tolebayev, Paul Crocker, FRSE, University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom, South Kazakhstan State Pharmaceutical Academy, Shymkent, Kazakhstan; “Cardiac risk factors of ischemic stroke” – D.D. Nazarbekova, scientific advisor: G.A. Duschanova, Professor, SKSPhA, Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

The scientific community of young scientists and students discussed the topical issues in the sections “Biological Sciences and Health Care” and “Actual issues of Pharmacy” for two days.

The participants of the section “Innovations in medicine: from theory to practice” held an online meeting at international communicative platform “G-Global” of Astana Economic Forum. Internet project “G-Global” provided an opportunity to hear the views of international conference participants on topical issues of biology, medicine and pharmacy.

The following representatives of scientific community took part in the section: Siberian State Medical University (Tomsk, Russia), Ryazan State Medical University named after academician I.P. Pavlov (Ryazan, Russia), Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute (Uzbekistan) and six medical universities of Kazakhstan, including SKSPhA.

The papers of international conference will be published in scientific journal “Vestnik of SKSPhA” and will be put on the electronic website of the University.

Every year on 10th December – on the date of Nobel’s birthday, in honour of whom the prize was named - the organizers of the conference decided the winners of the 10 sections, awarded diplomas and valuable gifts and the participants were given certificates.
