Comprehensive development of youth is impossible to imagine without sports. A well-developed body is understood as a young man who has introduced systematic sports into the daily routine, regularly uses natural factors to harden the body, actively rests and changes jobs.In a word, sport is one of the areas of all education. To this end, from October 23 to November 1, 2023, in the building of the sports hall of the 4th building of the Academy, qualifying competitions for the formation of the academy's national team were held, organized by the Center for “Physical education”.
Of the first day 23 octover, the selection of volleyball took place, in this game it is necessary to know the speed of movement of students, coordination abilities, as well as the main quality-thinking and strength, the ability to jump. Thanks to such features, a selection was carried out during the game, the students showed a good level of play.
On the second day, the requirements for playing basketball, methods, techniques and techniques of the game were explained. Technique is a way of playing that ensures the protection of players and the actions of the result in attack, organizing the interaction and resistance of players within the team. The students were selected in accordance with the requirements.
The selection competing of mini-football among young men was held in the middle of the week. During the game, the methods of stopping, passing and hitting the ball were separated by mutual consent. As a result, the strongest were selected.
