SKMA and COVID-19: observations at an outpatient level

For employees of the city cardiology center and in the GP No. 9 of Shymkent, a training seminar was held by the head of the Department "Therapy-1", candidate of medical Sciences G. K. Asanova and assistant of the Department "GP-2" E. Bekzatov. The topic of the presentation was the standards for determining the case OF COVID -19 coronavirus infection and the algorithm for providing emergency medical care. The participants were introduced to how patients with asymptomatic, mild, and moderate disease are monitored on an outpatient basis. What patients should do after discharge from the hospital. What recommendations should you listen to? That outpatient monitoring is performed according to the algorithm: - daily two-time call: - assessment of the General condition, temperature, finding out complaints (cough, shortness of breath, weakness, sweating, diarrhea, rash, myalgia, etc.), saturation (if possible);- video consultation if necessary, but at least once every 3 days. If clinical symptoms develop (increased body Temperature, cough, shortness of breath, shortness of breath) during the observation period, the patient is sent to an infectious diseases hospital.

The work of seminar was attended by 38 doctors and 43 health workers.
