Scientific internship of master's students of Al-Farabi KazNU

From March 26 to April 8, 2024 the second year master students of the educational programme “7M10123 - Quality Management in Healthcare” of Al-Farabi KazNU successfully passed scientific internship on the basis of JSC “South Kazakhstan Medical Academy” at the department of “Social Health Insurance and Public Health”.

During the internship master students learnt the methodology of scientific research, the correct structure of writing scientific articles IMRAD. They learnt statistical processing of data and rules of data meta-analysis.

This educational programme has been developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Professionalisation of Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Strategic Management and Risk Management in Healthcare within Open and Distance Learning in Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan – LMQS” No. 618860-EPP-1-2020-1-EL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP. The project participants are Greece, France, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
On the part of Kazakhstan 5 partner universities participate: Al-Farabi KazNU, KRMU, S.Asfendiyarov KazNMU, SKMA, Sh.Valikhanov KokSU.
The educational programme of the Master's degree programme “7M10140 - Public Health” has been updated in JSC SKMA within the framework of the LMQS Erasmus+ project, which takes into account modern market needs.
On 28-29 March 2024 at the department “Social Medical Insurance and Public Health” of JSC “SKMA” Candidate of Medical Sciences, Assoc. Professor Sarsenbaeva G.Zh. and Doctor of Medical Sciences Ospanova D.A. conducted a seminar on dissemination of goals and objectives of LMQS Erasmus+ project to students, masters and doctoral students of JSC “SKMA” together with master students of Al-Farabi KazNU.
