On April 29, at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology held the first international scientific conference of young scientists and students (online) on the topic “Peculiarities of coronavirus in adults and children. Vaccination". The conference was attended by students, undergraduates, intern, from such educational institutions as the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, KazNMU named after. S.D. Asfendiyarova, West Kazakhstan Medical University. Marata Ospanova, Kazakhstan Medical University Graduate School of Public Health, South Kazakhstan University. M. O. Auezov, as well as teachers of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.
The purpose of the conference was to find out the features of the course of coronavirus in adults and children, and the issue of vaccination was also raised, since this is still relevant today. The participants of the conference made very informative presentations and were awarded diplomas with awards of places, as well as certificates.
