Report on clinical internship of residents and assistants of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry and Rehabilitation in Moscow, March 2024.

Within the framework of international cooperation between GBUZ Scientific and Practical Psychoneurological Center named after Z.P. Solovyov of the Department of Health of Moscow with the South Kazakhstan State Medical Academy in the period from 18.03.2024-29.03.2024g. organized clinical internship under the program of additional professional education in the field of "Brain Diseases".
Residents - neurologists, psychiatrists, rehabilitologists, as well as assistants of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry and Rehabilitation were sent for training. As part of the training, leading specialists from Solovyov NP Center, V.M. Buyanov State Clinical Hospital under the guidance of A.B. Gecht presented lectures covering the latest evidence-based methods of diagnosis and treatment in neurology and borderline psychiatry.
The trainees daily participated in clinical case studies, trainings on cognitive-behavioral therapy, took a master class on the basics of ENMG diagnostics, got acquainted with the device of the latest devices for rehabilitation of patients with neuroses, learned to apply modern neuro-psychological tests on patients. Also there was an exchange of experience in the field of patient care, study of deontological aspects of medical activity for the purpose of further application by young specialists in everyday clinical practice.
In the future we hope to continue cooperation, further organization of clinical internships, scientific and practical conferences.
