On - line conference on G – global platform

In February 27, 2015 the Department of Evidence – based medicine and the teaching staff of SKSPhA took an active part in on – line conference in video mode meeting, it was organized by West – Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M. Ospanov through the communicative platform G – global. The theme was “Implementation of clinical practice guidelines” (CPG) and clinical protocols (CP) developed in compliance with Evidence – based medicine principles in educational process in medical establishments of RK”.

The Republican Center of Public Health Development (RCPHD) and the representatives of 6 universities of RK including West – Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M. Ospanov, State Medical University of Semei, State Medical University of Karaganda, Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, SKSPhA and Medical University of Astana were invited to take part in this on – line conference.

zhe conference was opened with a word of salutation of organizers. The representatives of universities gave a presentation on the relevance of CPG and CP implementation in educational process in clinical departments, made an oral report about CPG and CP implementation in educational process in clinical departments and also discussed plan, indicator determination reflected in educational and methodical set of discipline, monitoring of CPG and CP implementation in educational process in clinical departments.

In conclusion, it was noted that CPG and CP implementation developed in compliance with Evidence – based medicine principles in educational process in medical establishments of RK will allow students to improve medical care quality and education.

The effectiveness of on - line conference in video mode meeting was marked by all the participants; it was suggested to cooperate in such a format in future.
