October 19 – World Nutrition Day

According to the plan, a competition among students was held at the department «Hygiene and Epidemiology» on October 17, 2022, dedicated to October 19 – World Healthy Nutrition Day. The purpose of the competition: to explain to students the importance and necessity of proper nutrition for the body, the development of communication skills, learning to work in a group, the ability to openly express their thoughts, the formation of healthy eating skills.The competitions were held between the groups of gas stations-04-22 and gas stations-04-22. The competition consists of 5 rounds:
1. Presentation. We need to name the group and introduce them.
2. Group leaders competition. 2 the group asks questions to each other on questions prepared by the group leader at home.
3. Do you know? Presentation of products that you use very rarely.
4. Competition of proverbs and sayings. By heart proverbs and sayings about food.
5. Assorted or salad of fruits and vegetables. Analyze the composition of cooked dishes, tell about the benefits and harms.
The groups "Natural food" and "Rainbow" were created. They introduced themselves well. Especially actively participated in the competition of proverbs and sayings. The group "Naturaal food" in the 5th round of the competition came up with a new salad and fully explained at a very high level. According to the results of the competition, the group "Natural food" won. The head expressed her gratitude on behalf of the team and awarded the students with books.
