«Model United Nations»

International Model United Nations Conference was organized by the United Nations and Kh.Yassavi IKTU on November 18, 2016. UN model implies from the conference for the benefit and international security around the world. Under the lead of the head of foreign languages department A. A. Saifutdinova,  the 1st year students took part in this conference:  S.Kalen, E.Saitkarimov, B.Tazhibayev, B.Tasbolat, K.Serikbay and S.Zhanadilov from the specialty “General medicine”, K.Zairkhan and U.Bektasheva from the specialty “Pharmacy” and D.Dzhabarov from  the specialty “Public Health”. Our students had the topics such as “Conservation of water resources to 2030”, “Economic solutions on the problem of refugees of the Middle East”.

According to experts' decision, the official representatives of the UN member states who came to the conference, two of our students, Sulugaisha Kalen and Kaisar Serikbay received a nomination "Best Organizer" and each student was assigned a certificate for active participation in the conference.
