MEETING WITH THE COMMISSIONER FOR ETHICS

On April 12, at the department "History of Kazakhstan and social and public disciplines" a meeting was held with the Commissioner for Ethics of the Office of the Akim of Shymkent Akishev Muratzhan Omarbekovich. The conversation was attended by 1st year students of the specialties "Dentistry", "General Medicine", teachers of the department. The moderator was the professor of the department, Ph.D. E. Abdukhaimov. In her opening speech, the head of the department "History of Kazakhstan and social and public disciplines" Zh.О. Nurzhanbayeva spoke about the purpose and significance of the event. Commissioner for Ethics - a civil servant who carries out activities to ensure compliance with the norms of official ethics and prevent violations of the legislation on public service, combating corruption and the Code of Ethics for civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as advising civil servants and citizens within their functions. On this occasion, Akishev Muratzhan Omarbekovich spoke about the problems of fighting corruption and showing the readiness of civil servants to work with the public and ensure the transparency of their actions. At the same time, it was said that the availability of posts and other information published on social networks and accounts of civil servants is being monitored.
During the conversation, students asked questions, to which detailed and specific answers were received.
