Meeting on the topic: "Prevention of destructive religious movements and religious vigilance"

On November 5, 2021, a meeting with students on the topic "Prevention of destructive religious movements and religious vigilance" was held in the large assembly hall of the SKMA, organized by the Department of Social Affairs and Youth Policy, the "Youth Resource Center" of the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent and the KSU "Center for Research of Religious Problems" of the Department of Religious Affairs of Shymkent. The meeting was attended by a regional theologian, religious scholar, psychologist of the information and educational and rehabilitation center "Akniet" Shymkent F. Taiteliev, a specialist of the Shymkent Youth Resource Center R. Kypshakbayev, employees of the Youth Policy Department and students of the SKMA.

The moderator of the event was the head of the Youth Policy Department of SKMA N. Akhmetov, who outlined the purpose of the event.

The guest of the meeting is a regional specialist- theologian, religious scholar, psychologist of the information and educational and rehabilitation center "Akniet" Shymkent F. Taiteliev told the students about the methods of prevention of destructive religious movements and psychological methods of counteraction, and also spoke about preventive measures.
Summing up the results of the event, the specialist of the Youth Resource Center R. Kypshakbayev urged students to refrain from destructive religious movements.
