Meet each other

“Europharm” pharmaceutical company is one of the largest drug and medical product distribution companies in Kazakhstan. With them JSC “SKMA” has long and good ties to conduct discussions on training for the pharmaceutical industry, professional practice, employment of graduates.

However, “Europharm” and “SKMA” decided to make our cooperation even closer and more efficient. As part of the interaction, plans are being developed to increase the level of professional training, advanced training of teachers, teacher training in leading universities and companies around the world.

Implementation of plans with “Europharm” began with conducting leadership training for academy managers. The trainer is Spartak Mukhamedzhanov, who heads the personnel training and development department of the “Europharm” pharmaceutical company in the city of Nur-Sultan.

More than 40 people take part in the training, among them vice-rectors, heads of university departments, deans of faculties, and heads of departments.

The problems of effective communication, feedback from employees, setting goals and objectives, the use of flexible leadership and leadership based on action are considered.

The training is carried out effectively, real situations are analyzed, the participants note that the training is carried out in the format of dynamic development of skills, innovative methods are used, innovative, creative and positive thinking is developing.
