Manufacturing practice at the partner university

Thanks to the support of the leadership of the South Kazakhstan medical academy, 4th course students of the specialty “Pharmacy” got the opportunity to undergo manufacturing practice in pharmacognosy at the bases of the partner university of our Academy of Bashkir state medical university (Ufa, Russia).

In addition to the compulsory practice program, students and the head of practice, professor Orynbasarova K.K., had the opportunity to take part in the work of the international scientific-practical conference «Pharmaceutical education, modern aspects of science and practice» conducted by the Bashkir university.

And the most interesting was the presentation of two teams of SKMA at the Olympics of the Nizhnevolzhsky cluster by pharmacy -2019: the first team is our students studying at the BSMU under the program of academic mobility since February 2019, and the second team included students who came to manufacturing practice.

Academic mobility of students and teaching staff is one of the most visible aspects of the internationalization of universities, and this trip of our students is an example of how the South Kazakhstan medical academy continues action item for integration into the European educational space.
