Journal Club

On 15 February 2022, a meeting of the Journal Club was held at the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University together with the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of JSC SKMA, where a critical analysis of scientific publications was conducted. The main focus of the Journal Club was on the evidence base aspects of the publications. A significant proportion of scientific articles presenting research results often contain unusable information. A full-fledged publication must include a detailed description of the most important positions that support the validity of the results and conclusions drawn.
