International Scientific and Practical Conference «Modern trends in the development of infectology, medical parasitology, epidemiology and microbiology»

On 4-5April 2023, the Urgench branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy hosted an international scientific and practical conference «Modern trends in the development of infectology, medical parasitology, epidemiology and Microbiology», which was attended by the head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology, с.m.s., professor G.N. Abuova and Associate Professor of the Department, PhD F.A. Berdalieva. Scientists from Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan shared their achievements in infectology during the conference. Employees of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology G.N. Abuova and F.A. Berdalieva announced the results of the ongoing scientific and technical project on the Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever on the topics: «Clinical and epidemiological features of CCHF in the era of COVID-19», «Modern differential diagnostic features of CCHF in children». For significant achievements in the development of the intellectual potential of the university, G.N. Abuova was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the Urgench branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
