Intern of the 2nd year of the SKMA Prize-winner of the All-Russian conference of young scientists "Psychiatry of the 21st century: the first steps in science and practice"

On November 14-15, 2022, Moscow hosted the 2nd International Conference of Young Scientists in Memory of Professor Petr Viktorovich Morozov “Psychiatry of the 21st Century: First Steps into Science and Practice”, organized by the leading scientific centers of psychiatry of the Russian Federation:
- Russian Society of Psychiatrists;
- Federal State Budgetary Institution of additional professional education "Central State Medical Academy" of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation;
- Federal state autonomous educational institution of higher professional education First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Sechenov University);
- Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Medical Research Center for Psychiatry and Neurology named after V.M. Bekhterev" of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
Young psychiatrists, residents, neurophysiologists, graduate students, assistants who had passed a preliminary competitive selection of abstracts on the subject of original research in the field of psychiatry were allowed to participate in the scientific conference. Our second-year intern doctor Okroadze Otari passed the competitive selection of theses from Kazakhstan and was invited to a full-time presentation at the Central State Medical Academy for the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation for the All-Russian Competition for Young Scientists in the field of Psychiatry from the Department of neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation and neurosurgery of SKMA. The evaluation committee of the conference was headed by leading scientists in the field of mental health of the Russian Federation:

On the second day of the conference, following the results of the counting commission, our intern doctor Okroadze Otari became a laureate and was awarded an honorary diploma of the 2nd degree, and as a gift, the winner was presented with textbooks on psychiatry autographed by academician Smulevich A.B. and the family of Professor P.V. Morozov.
Also, Okroadze Otari visited the 1st Moscow Psychiatric Clinical Hospital named after N. A. Alekseev, got acquainted with the structure of the hospital and departments. At the hospital in the Museum "Psychiatric Clinical Hospital №1 named after N.A. Alekseev” a memorial excursion was held.
