India-Kazakhstan Friendship Day at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology
On 6th October 2023 the Day of Friendship of Kazakhstan and India was held at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology. The participants of the event were English-speaking students of the 4th year of General Medicine: groups B-ZHMSHA-05-20, B-ZHMSHA-06-20, B-ZHMSHA-07-20, B-ZHMSHA-08-20 and group B-ZHMAA-09-20, consisting of local students undergoing the training from this year is in English.
The purpose of the event was to bring students of the two countries closer, exchange
information, and cultural communication.
Presentations on the epidemiological situation in Kazakhstan and India were presented. Presentations were made on the epidemiological situation of various infectious diseases in Kazakhstan and India, the peculiarities of their clinical picture in pregnant women, children, rehabilitation, posters were also prepared.
In order to develop cognitive interest in the traditions and customs of the peoples of Kazakhstan and India, presentations were prepared revealing the peculiarities of celebrating the main holidays of both countries. The participants demonstrated their national men's and women's outfits, and songs, which was interesting and informative for guests and students.
At the end of the conference, the participants were awarded certificates.
