Improving the training of specialists in the field of public health and sanitary-epidemiological service
According to the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 857ot 30.09.2022, from October 17 to October 22 at the Medical University of Karaganda, representatives of a specially created working group of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan discussed the issue of training specialists in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
As part of the group: Nasima Akhashovna Zhunusova - Acting Head of the Committee of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control (CSEC) of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Zaure Amantayeva Elshibayeva - Deputy Head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Kostanay region of the CSEC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Assel Tokanovna Kalykova - Deputy Head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of Almaty of the CSEC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Smagul Manar Asyrovna - Deputy Director of the branch "Scientific and Practical Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise and Monitoring" of the RSE at the PCV "NCOZ" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Kitarova Zainiya Bolatovna - Professional Education Manager of the Department of Industrial Activities of the NCE of the Ministry of Health of the RK; Kalishev Marat Guzairovich - Professor of the School of Public Health and Biomedicine of the NAO MUK, PhD; Dauletkalieva Zhania Abayevna - Dean of the School of Public Health and Biomedicine of the NAO "MUK"; Sarsenbaeva Gulzat Zhanabaevna - Head of the Department "Social Health Insurance and Health Insurance" JSC "South Kazakhstan Medical Academy", Associate Professor, Candidate of Medical Sciences; Musina Ayman Ayashevna - Head of the Department of Public Health and Epidemiology of NAO MUA, MD Professor. The task of the group was to improve the training of specialists in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in medical universities, in accordance with the current legislation. A specially created working group conducted a comparative analysis of educational programs for the training of public health specialists and a SES doctor on the OP of MUK, MUA and SKMA.
The package of competencies of the graduate is justified taking into account the needs of practical healthcare, the requirements of the Health Code, the Biosafety Law and other documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Suggestions are given for admission to practical bases and mentoring, including requirements for consolidating laboratory practice skills.
Proposals for improving the current system and terms of training are considered, including proposals for advanced training programs and certification. Proposals have been developed to amend regulatory legal acts regarding the revision of educational programs and the final competencies of specialists.
On October 21, the report of the working group was presented to the representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (DNHR, CSEC), issues of adjustments were discussed with approval of the presentation of the results to the Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Esmagambetova A.S.
