«Hygiene of the psycho-emotional state of youth»

On September 9, 2023, in the OKMA dormitory, teacher of the department “History of Kazakhstan and social disciplines” Dosalamanova Aigul Orynkazykyzy held a meeting with 1-2 year students on the topic “The influence of hygiene on the psycho-emotional state of youth.” During the meeting with students, they discussed the importance of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene rules for a harmonious emotional state in everyday life. A conversation was also held about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, proper sleep, keeping personal belongings and hygiene items clean, timely ventilation of the room and washing dishes, and daily wet cleaning.
Students learned a lot of useful and important information and received answers to their questions. Such meetings help to create a sense of responsibility for the bright future of students.
