Human capital is a key resource for the development of new Kazakhstan

Today, on August 24, 2022, the Forum of Science and Higher Education – 2022 began its work.
Within the framework of this Forum, a Foresight session "Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan: points of transformation" is being held, where Minister Sayasat Nurbek spoke about the goals and objectives of foresight research. The result of the new format of communication will be ideas and proposals that will be accepted and implemented.

The two-day scientific forum is also attended by representatives of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, consisting of the rector of the university, Professor M.M.Rysbekov, vice–chancellors M.M. Yessirkepov, M.U.Anartayeva, where issues on the formation of the Central Asian educational hub are discussed at the sessions.

In the afternoon, heads of higher educational institutions and research organizations took part in seminars "Assessment system in new conditions of credit technology of education", "Strategic decision-making based on scientometric data", which were held at the sites of Astana IT University, Nazarbayev University.
Tomorrow, August 25, 2022, in the afternoon, a plenary session of the Forum of Science and Higher Education "Human capital is a key resource for the development of New Kazakhstan" will be held.
