Healthy Body - Healthy Spirit

April 12, 2024, secondary school № 39 named after M. Zhumabaev held an informative and cognitive educational hour on the theme «Healthy Body - Healthy Spirit». The event was attended by 6th grade students and parents, a nutritionist, and an obstetrician-gynecologist.
By special invitation of the class teacher Toktamisova Zh.E., senior lecturer of the Department of «Hygiene and Epidemiology», L.O. Baikonsova, delivered a report on «Nutrition of School-Age Children: An Important Issue». Hygienist-nutritionist spoke about the principles of healthy eating that meet the physiological needs of school-age children depending on their age.
At the end of the educational hour, L.O. Baikonsova was awarded a letter of thanks from the school director, Karabota Bauyrzhan Shamshidinovich.
