Famous surgeons of Kazakhstan and Russia Zh.A. Doskaliev and E.A. Gallyamov were awarded diplomas of honorary professors of the SKMA

On September 22 and 23, 2022 at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy was held the scientific and practical conference with international participation “Modern aspects of laparoscopy in surgery, urology, gynecology. Visualization in 4K ICG format”, as part of the endosurgical marathon ENDOSURGERY.PRO ROADSHOW SILK WAY

On the opening day of the scientific forum, the degree of "Honorary professor of the SKMA" was awarded to famous surgeons of Kazakhstan and Russia - Zhaksylyk Doskaliev and Eduard Gallyamov.
Rector of the Academy, professor M.M. Rysbekov noted the special contribution of scientists to medicine and healthcare of the two countries.

Zh.Doskaliev heads the Republican Coordination Center for Transplantation, laureate of the State Scholarship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science, technology and education for the cycle of works "Development and introduction of new technologies in surgery", winner of the gold medal of the American Biographical Institute (North Carolina, USA) for outstanding services in medicine, Zh.A.Doskaliev is the author of over 200 scientific papers, 6 monographs, 50 inventions.

Gallyamov – Head of the Department of General Surgery of the First Moscow Medical University.Sechenova, Honored Doctor of Russia, laureate of the Moscow Government Prize, member of the Russian Society of Surgeons, member of the European Association of Endoscopic Urology, member of the editorial Board of the journals "Endosurgery Today", "Moscow Surgical Journal", author of over 400 scientific papers, 5 monographs, more than 20 inventions.

Within the two days, guests and leading experts from Kazakhstan and Russia, together with specialists from the region, performed a number of complex operations requiring high-level expert surgery.
