Exchange of experience in teaching pharmacognosy

At the beginning of the last academic year between the Bashkir State Medical University and us developed by our professional and friendly relations as evidenced by the successful completion of an industrial practice of pharmacognosy our 5th year students in June 2013 in Ufa, as well as exchange of students 4 courses at both universities framework of academic mobility. And one of the indicators of fruitful cooperation was the invitation Senior Lecturer Faculty of Pharmacy BSMU d.farm.s., professor of pharmacognosy with course of botany Pupykina Kira Alexandrovna.

Professor Pupykina K.A . was read lectures, conducted laboratory and workshops, as well as OWST for 4-5 year students. Topics of lectures and practical lessons for the 5th year were devoted to medicinal plants and raw materials containing antracenderivatives, coumarins, and flavonoids chromones and thematic plan for employment with 4 courses include topics such as: "the microscopic analysis of the MPM" Flowers "," "Rules of the collecting , drying, storing MPM "Grass" "," Macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the MPM "Bark" and "Buds" "," Macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the MPM "fruit" and "Seeds". "

A meeting was held with the leadership of the academy and the faculty of the department of pharmacognosy and chemistry, where Pupykina K.A . acquainted with Ufa and staff Faculty of Pharmacy BSMU, focusing on the department of pharmacognosy with course of botany.

At this meeting, Kira Alexandrovna said her point of vision about powerful material base of specialized departments of the Faculty of Pharmacy, as well as the level of knowledge, freedom of thought and the ability to work independently of our students.
