Distance learning courses are an online resource with interactive participation, allowing anyone who wants to study a particular disciplinary course, master the necessary knowledge and receive online confirmation documents, certificates. This is not only a new format of education, it is a separate teaching methodology, which includes a huge complex of various types of activities that are increasingly penetrating into the field of education. The ability to create distance learning courses allows you to expand access to education, gain new skills, knowledge, improve qualifications and even master a new profession.

The Department of Distance Educational Technologies for the implementation of the program for the development of the level of professional competence and pedagogical skills of teachers of JSC "SKMA", for the 2021-2022 academic year, organized training for teaching staff in the module "Development of distance courses" in the amount of 60 hours.

It is planned to train 5 groups online in November-December of this year and January 2022. The coach of this course is the head of the department, Khalmetova Sh.A. will offer each participant a direction to create a prototype of their distance course.
The purpose of the course is to give an idea of the current state of the online education industry, to teach how to plan, develop, launch and maintain their distance courses.

Upon completion of this course, teaching staff have the basic skills to create effective distance learning courses and apply them in various forms and approaches of learning. Also, when creating your courses, you promote the brand of the university and your own, as well as your educational programs.
With the development of modern information and communication technologies and the formation of an information society, everyone should have an idea about a distance course. This is a new innovative direction that requires teachers to improve and increase the level of professional competence.
