DEVELOPMENT COURSES FOR TEACHERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS ON THE BASIS OF "BASHKIR STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY"

At the Department Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical Business from 4 April 2022, the following employees successfully completed advanced training courses in the cycle "Management and Economics of Pharmacy" at the Bashkir State Medical University , of Department of Pharmacy in online mode:

1. Sapakbay Malik Myrzakhanuly - Ph.D., acting associate professor of the department
2. Mamytbayeva Kulpan Zholdasbekovna - Senior Lecturer, Master of Pharmacy
3. Urazbayeva Svetlana Abdrashovna - Senior Lecturer
4. Zhanbyrbayeva Akmaral Danabekovna - Senior Lecturer, Master of Pharmacy
5. Dzhabarkulova Sayora Kamalzhanovna - Senior Lecturer, Master of Pharmacy.

As part of the advanced training course, participants were introduced to the following sections:

1. Taxation and types of taxes in pharmacy organizations
2. Drug provision of citizens entitled to state social assistance
3. State regulation of prices for medicines. Pricing policy of pharmaceutical organizations
4. Distribution cost analysis
5. Logistics as a tool to improve the efficiency of a pharmaceutical organization.

After completing the course, the participants completed the final work and answered the test questions. Based on the results of the mastered program, it is planned to use the acquired knowledge in the educational process in the future.
