City competition «State language - symbol of independence»

On October 14, 2022 the educational-methodical centre of languages of Shymkent, with the purposes of expansion of sphere of functioning of a state language, strengthening of functioning of Kazakh language as language of interethnic dialogue, stimulation of the state language speaking, socially active representatives of other nationalities, has held city competition "State language - symbol of independence".
Students Arzu Ruslanovna Kuraeva and Mirmaksudovna Amanova from group B-PO-02-22, 1st year medical faculty, took part in the competition.
Contestants prepared and submitted a 3-minute short film in advance. The film tells: brief information about the candidate, information about the educational institution or place of work, a short extract from public work, contribution to the development of the state language and presents information about achievements. In Stage 2, participants chose a box and reflected on a given topic. In Stage 3 they wrote an essay in the state language on the theme "Tauelsiz Kazakhstan".
According to the results of the competition, Iroda Amanova took first place, and Arzu Kuraeva took second place. The winners were awarded valuable prizes.
