“Central Asian Gastroenterology Week-2015”

From September 30 to October 3, 2015 under the aegis of European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) international congress under the title “Central Asian Gastroenterology Week-2015” took place in Almaty. In its work the head of the department of infectious diseases and dermatovenereology, acting professor, Gulzhan Narkenovna Abuova took part in this event. The leading experts from Europe, USA, UAE, Korea and other countries shared their experiences in the congress.

It was presented current data concerning autoimmune, toxic, metabolic liver damage, acute viral hepatitis, cirrhosis and its complications, liver transplantation. G.N.Abuova made a presentation on the theme “Liver damage in Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever”.  Scientific and educational programs of the congress increased the professional level of participants,   obtained knowledge will be implemented into national healthcare.
