Announcement
Students under the age of 24, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, studying only full-time, are allowed to participate in the competition for training at the military department of JSC "South Kazakhstan Medical Academy":
- for training under the reserve officers training program, documents are accepted from first-year students (with 4-year training) and second-year students (with 5-year training);
- for training under the reserve sergeants training program, documents are accepted from students of the first, second (with 4-year training) and first, second, third courses (with 5-year training), admission to the military department of students will be conducted on a competitive basis by the selection committee of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Acceptance of documents begins on February 1, 2023 at the military department of JSC "South Kazakhstan Medical Academy".
The list of documents for participation in the competitive selection:
1. Application (addressed to the head of the military department of the UCMA).
2. Identity card (original and copy).
3. A military certificate or military ID for young men (original and copy).
4. 3x4 cm photos – 2 pcs.
5. Certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record.
6. A document (if any) confirming a sporting achievement.
7. A certificate of the student's actual education at the university, from the Student Service Center (signed by the dean of the faculty).
8. A file for registration of personal files – 2 pcs.
Before passing the military medical examination, it is necessary to undergo tests and obtain certificates. A list of references and analyses is provided at the military Department of the UCMA.
The qualifying competition is held in four stages:
The first stage is the passage of a medical examination (it is necessary to undergo a medical examination in accordance with the Rules of military medical examination in the Department (department) for Defense Affairs at the place of residence. After passing the medical examination, in addition to the medical examination, it is necessary to provide certificates and analyses to the military department;
The second stage is the conduct of professional psychological testing (the date and time of the event will be announced later);
The third stage is a physical fitness check (the date and time of the event will be announced later);
The fourth stage is a competitive selection carried out in accordance with the calculation of the rating score compiled and approved by the head of the university (the date and time of the event will be announced additionally).
