An open lesson with students of the accelerated academic Bachelor's degree

At the Department of Emergency Medicine and Nursing, assistant of the department Yusupova Sh. D. held an open lesson on the discipline: "Economics and marketing in nursing" with the group В-МІҚқБ 02-23. The open lesson was held on February 26, 2024 with the participation of the head of the Department of Emergency Medicine and Nursing, PhD, Associate Professor A.A.Seidakhmetova, head of the department of the сenter for practical skills N.J. Kalmenov, instructor of the center for practical skills G.S.Omirova, head of the methodological department B.M.Rasheva, assistants of the department R.B.Ablataeva and L.J.Zhakansha. The topic of the open lesson: Training and evaluation of specialists. Problems of management of specialists in the field of healthcare.

The lesson was conducted using the «Flipped classroom» methodology, during the practical lesson, students mastered the skills of using domestic and foreign databases in a literary review of research work to analyze qualitative research methods, quantitative research methods in nursing, reading skills and critical analysis of scientific publications, tools for conducting research at their workplace and writing a literary review.

The students demonstrated research materials on increasing the level of satisfaction in caring for children with disabilities, the use of the Trello application, and indicated the data that they uploaded to the program using the «Flipped classroom» teaching methodology. At the end of the lesson, the results were summed up, conclusions were formulated, the results of independent work, recommendations.
