Actual problems of pharmaceutical ecology

On November 17 of this year, an international conference “Integration links in the study of ecotoxicants in modern realities” was held. Challenges in Personnel Training”, organized by the Institute of Pharmacy. A.P. Nelyubin Sechenov University (Moscow, RF).
Director of the Institute of Pharmacy of Sechenov University, Professor G.V. Ramenskaya and the head of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, Professor Ordabayeva S.K., who noted the relevance of environmental problems and the need to train competent specialists in the field of pharmaceutical ecology.
The conference was attended by specialists in labor protection, industrial safety and ecology of pharmaceutical enterprises of the Russian Federation, employees, young scientists and students of Sechenov University and the Academy.

Report by prof. Ordabayeva S.K. was dedicated to the issues of environmental education for sustainable development in the Republic of Kazakhstan, problems and prospects of educational programs.
Head of the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Academy, Associate Professor Utepov P.D. devoted his report to the environmental and hygienic assessment of the contamination of agricultural lands in the southern region of Kazakhstan, which provided comprehensive information on this issue.

The educational program in pharmaceutical ecology has been introduced into the training program for pharmacists in educational institutions of the Russian Federation, this experience was shared by employees of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry. The conference aroused great interest of the audience, given that the problems of pharmaceutical ecology of the rapidly developing pharmaceutical industry in our countries, environmental ecology and nature management, as well as environmental education in the modern world are among the most important tasks of sustainable development.
